Milestone Digital develops and operates digital products and creative services, including Milestone Slideshows and Octui. Features, availability, pricing, and functionality may change over time as products and services evolve.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services when reasonably necessary for product development, maintenance, security, business operations, or legal compliance.

Accounts & Information

Certain services may require you to create an account or provide contact, project, or billing information. You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except where prohibited by law.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or login credentials have been compromised.

Orders, Payments & Subscriptions

Prices, included services, optional add-ons, subscription terms, and payment requirements are presented at the time of purchase or in the applicable service description.

By submitting an order or starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the pricing and terms presented to you before purchase.

Subscription services may renew automatically when disclosed at checkout or in the applicable subscription terms. You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before renewal if you do not want it to continue.

Refunds, revisions, project deadlines, and other service-specific policies may vary by product or service and will be governed by the terms presented for that purchase.

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, text, music, project materials, and other content that you own and provide to us or upload through our services ("Your Content").

You grant Milestone Digital a limited license to host, process, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, or otherwise use Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, or support the service you requested.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide or upload Your Content and to authorize its use for the requested service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our websites, products, or services to:

• Violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful code.
