For Underground Solutions, Milestone Digital created a 3D animated explainer showcasing the Vylon Pipe Installation process—an innovative approach to trenchless pipe replacement. This animation was designed to clearly illustrate each phase of the procedure, from site preparation and equipment setup to the step-by-step installation of the flexible Vylon pipe.

Working from technical references and in collaboration with field engineers, we developed a streamlined visual narrative that captures the efficiency and precision of the Vylon method. Through detailed modeling and motion graphics, we emphasized the benefits of this installation process in both utility performance and reduced surface disruption.

This video serves as both a training resource and marketing asset, reflecting our strength in transforming complex technical workflows into clean, informative animations.
